Project Background

After the Initial discovery meeting, we proposed a clear plan along with milestones to achieve the vision. The client is a non-tech and first-time founder. We had to help our client communicate the project end goals and we created a complete scope of work based on our discussions and proposed the solution approach and how this solution could help our client achieve the goal of the project.

Goal

The goal of this project is to integrate a variety of services, including Naukri, Ride Share, OLX, Matrimonial ads, NoBroker, Babysitter services, and others into a single unified platform. This integration aims to streamline the user experience, providing them access to multiple services through a single cohesive system.

• Avoiding misdirected notifications that could cause user frustration

• Integrating notification management within the ‘My Ads’ page

• Ensuring a seamless user experience, despite the app’s complex nature
