The founders of Fieldy, coming from a strong entrepreneurial background, identified gaps in field service management and aimed to democratise field force management software across businesses. Zaigo partnered with the Disaster Reconstruction Authority to develop a highly secure mobile app and web interface tailored to their assessment needs. This solution integrates seamlessly with existing CRM systems, offers real-time access to assessment forms, and allows efficient scheduling and assignment of assessment tasks. The mobile app, designed with offline capabilities, enhances field operations by enabling data storage, image capture with GPS tagging, and syncs back to the cloud, streamlining the assessment process in disaster-affected areas.
