About The Client

Started in 2005 by Deborah Walliser, Got Produce later became renowned as one of the leading agricultural businesses. It primarily focuses on ways to maximize organic produce everywhere and provide the world with better and fresher produce.

Later, the business wanted to step into the eLearning industry with its LMS system, Got Produce Learning. The eLearning system encompasses anything and everything related to agriculture, such as sustainable agriculture, organic farming, hydroponics, and other innovative farming methods, which form the key concepts of the learning materials available.

Furthermore, Got Produce Learning is aimed at offering the industry’s best, most relevant, and trending materials to keep its diverse group of learners updated while ensuring easy accessibility.

Project Background

A Fully Scalable LMS Platform Built for Web and Mobile

With the growing demand in the eLearning industry, Got Produce Global wanted to test the waters. It aimed to spread its wings from the agricultural industry into the e-learning sector. The main driver behind this was to help students all over the globe understand and adopt sustainable agricultural practices.

Building and maintaining a learning module system across both mobile and web platforms is one challenge. Ensuring that it delivers a dynamic range of content for different types of learners without any interruption is another challenge. That’s where Zaigo Infotech came into the picture for Got Produce Global.

The premium team of developers at Zaigo Infotech took no more than 6 months to build the mobile and web LMS platform from scratch and deploy it successfully. We ensured the eLearning platform addressed the needs, goals, and objectives of the brand, enabling learners to seamlessly access the digital platform for uninterrupted learning.

Vision

To Create a Seamless and Dynamic eLearning Experience for Every Learner

The founder, Deborah Walliser, envisioned Got Produce Learning as an LMS mobile and web application that focuses on providing easy access to the latest and most relevant content for all users. Moreover, the eLearning platform should scale seamlessly as the number of users grows.

Whether it is internal staff members, vendors, or community members, the system should provide easy role-based access for everyone to manage the content for a wide range of users. Plus, each user should be able to enjoy a personalized experience on the platform seamlessly.

Additionally, the LMS platform should facilitate an integrated payment gateway, a user-friendly dashboard, structured course management, and swift certification for students.

Challenges

The Roadblocks to Scalable Learning that Got Produce Came Across

The team at Got Produce struggled with a large number of users, access management for these diverse users, dynamic certification generation, ensuring the safety and security of certificate issuance, and more.

Some of the key challenges are highlighted on the right:

User Creation and Access Management

User Creation and Access Management

The users of Got Produce belong to different groups, such as internal staff, communities, vendors, etc.,. However, the lack of proper platform restricted the ability to create different user roles like admins, staff members, vendors, etc., along with managing data access according to their respective user account types.

Decentralized Training

Decentralized Training

There was no proper platform that simplified, let alone facilitated, the onboarding of users, managing their data access, updating courses, uploading various study materials, tracking learning progress, and delivering personalized content based on their learning progress.

Inefficient and Inconsistent Reporting

Inefficient and Inconsistent Reporting

Due to the lack of an adequate learner progress tracking system, it was impossible to conduct live monitoring of progress, assessments, and results. Besides, it was not only difficult to generate certificates, but also personalized content could not be delivered based on learner progress.
