Established in 1996, Patriot Engineering Services (PES) is a leading supplier of spare parts for heavy equipment, trucks, and passenger vehicles. With strong relationships with select suppliers and years of industry experience, PES excels in understanding the intricacies of machinery and the critical importance of high-quality spare parts.
To overcome manual sales challenges and meet growing efficiency demands, Zaigo built a web application for PES to manage its 2M+ product inventory. The solution enables real-time global access for instant quoting and order conversion, replacing the slow, error-prone email-based process with a secure, digitized system for quick product searches and quote generation.


The objective of the I-order project was to make the PES inventory easily accessible to sales teams and customers, enabling them to search for products and request or generate quotes with increased security and privacy. Additionally, with a global sales force, the web solution needed to automate and streamline various operations to address delays in processing quotes caused by time zone differences. The client also required the platform to ensure the security and privacy of pricing and quotations, preventing competitors from gaining access through existing customers/vendors.

Zaigo provided PES customers a secure, IP-restricted portal to search products and request quotes, enhancing security and privacy.
The platform streamlines product search, quote management, and discounts for users, while giving admins full control over approvals, users, and system operations.
