The Memorial Information platform transforms traditional post-life planning into a seamless digital experience. This multi-tenant SaaS solution unites funeral homes, vendors, and families to manage services, documents, and events securely. It features subscription models, multi-role access, and a companion marketing site for greater accessibility and engagement.

It lets owners record wishes and assign heirs, heirs manage documents and memorials, and partners handle accounts and subscriptions. The scalable, multi-role system supports admins, partners, and users for seamless collaboration.

Contact Data Dependency
Users often lacked complete contact details during onboarding. The team implemented a multi-channel OTP protocol (CIAP) to retrieve and validate missing information across email and phone numbers.
Legacy Document Security
To prevent document forgery post-mortem, editing rights were automatically disabled once a death was confirmed, ensuring data authenticity and compliance.
AWS Storage & Cost Management
Growing data storage needs demanded scalability without excess cost. The team introduced tiered storage plans (50 MB / 200 MB / 500 MB) aligned with subscription tiers.
Vendor Dependency
Relying on third-party solutions for the Memorial Studio posed a risk. Zaigo built an in-house studio editor, guaranteeing ownership and long-term control over this key product feature.
Email Authentication Issues
The team resolved a mail authentication conflict that impacted career-related notifications while maintaining systemwide email reliability.
