The entire process was previously manual, from breath test requests to sharing the completed breath test reports. Healthcare providers (HCPs) would manually order kits, onboard patients, place kits, and after Neurovanna received the orders, they would ship them to patients.

Project Background

The project involved building a custom web-based solution to facilitate the end-to-end online ordering of breath tests by partner healthcare providers. The solution aimed to streamline and digitize the entire process, including registration, order placement, payment processing, and automated lab test generation, while also managing test results and shipments.

Neurovanna had worked with another agency in Michigan previously, but the implementation failed because the previous agency did not fully understand the client’s goal.
