The goal was to develop an application that would serve as a comprehensive platform for both senior living communities and their prospective clients. Communities can publish their available properties, allowing users to easily find, view, and book appointments for property tours.
The objective of the project was to develop an application that allows users to find suitable communities for elderly people and medical care to live in. Users of the application can explore different communities, such as “senior living community”, “assisted living communities with medical care”, and “assisted living communities without medical care”.
Furthermore, users can filter and search for communities on the application based on different criteria, such as location (with a defined search radius in miles), care types, or desired amenities.
Based on their search criteria, users will be displayed different community facilities, along with videos and images of those facilities. Users can contact the care provider either by sending a direct message or by submitting a contact form. They also have the option to book a tour to visit the facility. Additionally, both provider and users can leave reviews for each other.
The care provider is an individual who manages multiple facilities, which may belong to the same or different community types. Care providerS can pay for a subscription using an integrated payment gateway to feature their facility at the top of listings visible to users searching for their preferred community. With a subscription, care providers can access an external CRM dashboard where leads are synced and saved. The entire application is overseen by a web administrator.
