Patriot Engineering Services (PES), founded in 1996, is a reliable engineering services provider to leading companies like John Deere and Caterpillar (CAT). PES is engaged in the production and provision of spare parts for heavy vehicles. They also handle the in-house manufacturing as well as vendor collaboration to meet the clients’ requirements quickly and effectively.

PES was operating the company through a legacy desktop ERP system that was managing product records of over 2 million. The fact that the system was entirely offline made the synchronization and data management very slow, which in turn caused the productivity to drop.
