The client faced significant challenges due to the lack of real-time visibility into their production processes. operated from different locations, making it difficult to access real-time statistics from the manufacturing facility. Within the production area, everything was manual, including attendance tracking and real-time status updates. They required a fully automated and digitized platform to gain complete visibility over production and enhance operational efficiency.

After an initial discovery phase and thorough analysis of business operations, Zaigo proposed a solution to automate the entire workflow, from planning to production and dispatch, ensuring seamless tracking, transparency, and efficiency.

Solution Delivered

  • Employee Monitoring

    Zaigo leveraged existing biometric devices to monitor employee presence. Employees punching in or out were automatically marked present or away, enabling precise tracking of productive hours within the production area.

  • Biometric Device Integration

    Since third-party biometric integration posed challenges, Zaigo conducted a proof of concept (POC) by installing a test device at its office. The team collaborated with the biometric vendor to build a custom API for automatic data synchronization, eliminating manual downloads and refreshes.

  • Tablet App Development

    A dedicated tablet app was created, allowing employees to update their job status in real-time. This data was visible to employees in other departments and to management, enhancing workflow transparency and tracking. 

  • TV App for Real-Time Monitoring

    A TV app was introduced to display real-time job statuses, providing leadership and workers with live updates on production progress, ensuring full operational visibility.
